Customs Procedures and Tax Identification Numbers

The customs procedures of all countries of the world differ. For European countries and the UK, we make shipments by entering tax identification numbers (IOSS) to facilitate customs clearance, and VAT number for the UK. This is an application to speed up customs procedures and keep customs costs to a minimum.

While receiving your cargo, no action is taken without a damage report. Please call the cargo company with the tracking number given to you for lost shipments and for your shipments that appear to have been delivered but not received.
